If you're in Domino, something huge and black just loomed over the city for a minute. It was a very familiar shape, as well; that of Obelisk the Tormentor.

We interrupt this broadcast for an emergency report. Members of the criminal organization known as GHOULs have appeared all over the city. Police are working to get the situation under control but meeting with severe levels of resistance
Footage of Ghouls chasing two human officers and a Stygian Street Patrol off with a huge black dragon is shown.
Initial reports indicate that the Monorail to Duel Academia, the Duel College, the Arcadia Movement, Domino's Police Department, Kaiba Land, and the city's power plant are all being targetted by the GHOULs
Police are advising all citizens to remain indoors.
