And in the news...

Halloween sales are up as Japan continues to embrace this western holiday, which allows kids to have fun but without the disturbing mid-summer connotations of monsters and children going missing. Especially so here in Domino, which is a Special Economic and Political Zone, with a higher influx of foreign citizens than anywhere else in Japan...

... Rumors unconfirmed but apparently whatever happened last week at the Domino Momentum Reactor has resulted in the facility becoming useless and incapable of further power production, but of note is both Leo Corp and Kaiba Corp have entered into negotiations with the city government to handle the facility...

Scientists in Japan are researching into new power sources as a result of this and other energy plant disasters, however, such technologies would need to supply a vast and immense power grid system, so skeptics remain unsure, and feel despite massive public opposition, that Nuclear Power remains the only tenable option for the foreseeable future...

Finally in news tonight, a strange artifact resembling a gigantic scythe has been discovered at the bottom of Tokyo Bay. Scientists are unsure when it dates to, and insist time is required for carbon dating, but it was not found with any seen ruins or underwater megaliths, so the fact this artifact was discovered so far remains an oddity.

Paranormal experts however suggest it points to either a up-to-now-unknown forerunner civilization in the Japanese archipelago, or perhaps a Duel Spirit civilization that was unknown now.

Scientists insist that the artifact first needs to be tested, but some on the staff are hopeful to have it shown to the public soon...

And in celebrity news, local debutante found demanding 'meatgrapes'...
