Industrial Illusions, in collaboration with the North American, European and Asian professional dueling leagues have announced the creation of a new championship circuit that will allow for worldwide ranking and regulation of Action Dueling!
Action Dueling, a unique dueling ruleset born in Maiami City in Japan, involves taking advantage of the latest advancements of the Solid Vision system developed by the Leo Corporation, based in the same city. By giving Solid Vision actual mass, duelists are able to interact with the field and their monsters in new, innovative ways, making Action Dueling feel like a completely different game unto itself. In the last two years, Action Dueling has grown massively in popularity. Industrial Illusions founder and creator of Duel Monsters, Pegasus J. Crawford was quoted several months ago as saying that not since the initial development of Solid Vision has something so fundamentally tapped into his vision for what Duel Monsters could become. Many in the dueling community, from fans all the way to top duelists have been clamoring for some form of official circuit and ranking system for months.
Now, those demands have finally been answered with the inception of the Action Dueling World Championship!

This championship signifies the creation of a new worldwide professional Action Dueling circuit! To begin this circuit and crown the inaugural Action Dueling World Champion, a tournament has also been announced to take place in the Dueling capital of the world, Domino City! A 32-man single-elimination tournament which promises to be filled with some of the most famous, accomplished veterans in professional dueling today. Sign-up for active duelists ranked high enough have opened in every league worldwide and invitations have been sent to several inactive duelists in the hopes that the return of a couple duelists that have retired from the professional scene will spark immediate interest in the championship!
A representative from Leo Corporation's Domino branch said that the company is elated that this championship, which has been demanded by duelists and fans alike for so long will finally be realized and that Action Dueling will continue to grow worldwide. They also jokingly added that the company is looking forward to a graduate of the Leo Duel School defeating a graduate of Duel Academy for the championship as soon as possible. When asked about the circulating rumors of a collaboration between Leo Corporation and KaibaCorp to hold a dueling event sometime before the end of the year, the representative had no comment...
