This just in, reports in the area surrounding Rintama High School has residents appealing to the police to deal with the seemingly growing Yakuza organization called "The Minus Army". Why no details of their membership are certain, if previous information can be corroborated, this group is responsible for a wave of petty thefts and stolen cars and bikes. While unlikely and undoubtedly racist, several members of the public in the area have described their assailants as "Simian-like".
