[DUEL FESTIVAL - DAY 7]
*It's the seventh day of the Festival, in the morning.
And to a lot of people's surprise, it seems like everything's getting packed up. Most of the booths and stands are closed down and getting put away, but it looks like the day's main event is still planned to commence. On the schedules everyone can access, there is only one event for the arena: "Wonder Quartet".
Up until this point, everyone assumed this to be basically a regular tournament to top off the event while everyone enjoyed their final day, but it seems like there's something more, with how hurried the organizers are.
Notably though, around the areas where screens are set up to show dueling video, online streams, and at the arena, there's two countdowns present-- one being for in a few minutes to something simply noted as "Announcement", and the other being for the oft-rumored "Wonder Quartet", a half-hour after that, starting at noon.
Best thing to do right now is to head for the arena, or watch one of the screens present or on your computer/phone/internet device of your choice.*

Re: [Announcement]
The rules state:
1) Each participant will begin with one (1) "Shard of Power" in their Graveyard. Any found in the field will be sent to the Graveyard.
2) "Shard of Power" can be found in the environment of the Wonder Quartet area, in higher concentrations in special areas, but the quickest way to gather them will be to duel.
3) If you are challenged to a duel for a "Shard of Power", you cannot refuse it. All duels will be 4000 LP. All Shards are bet in such a duel. The winner will have the total amount added to their disk automatically.
4) If you have no Shards (0) in your Graveyard, you cannot challenge another duelist for more.
5) If you are found by an LDS or KaibaCorp official moderator without a "Shard of Power" registered to your Duel Disk, you will be escorted out of the limits of the Wonder Quartet field.
6) The one who has the most registered "Shards of Power" to their disk at the end of 24 hours will be declared the winner, and will be allowed to challenge the reigning Action Dueling Champion, Akaba Reiji.
7) NEW REVEALED RULE: Intrusions on duels are allowed, but the intruder takes a 2000 LP penalty.
